President of the Jornada Association

A facilitator and trainer on key topics of civic education, the founder of Clarity International School, a private primary school in Lisbon, entrepreneur, and coordinator of civic education projects. For 7 years, Vadim worked as a trainer and facilitator at the Theodor-Heuss-Kolleg, Robert Bosch Foundation. Since 2024, he has been the Regional Coordinator of Bosch Alumni in Portugal.
Author of the "Games in Civic Education" project. Winner of the "Best Online Practices in Civic Education 2021" competition organized by the Eastern European Network for Civic Education.

Head of the programs for teenagers

Irina holds a degree in Russian Philology from Moscow City University and a master’s degree in Philology from HSE University.
She has taught at schools in Moscow, Cyprus, and Portugal. Her work focuses on children and teenagers, nurturing their interests and creating a learning environment built around communication and shared activities.
Irina actively takes part in Erasmus+ projects and training courses focused on non-formal education, intercultural dialogue, and youth work. She also organizes youth exchanges for teenagers, helping them discover other cultures, share experiences, and learn to work together in an international setting.

PR and fundraising

Natalia graduated from Moscow State University and continued her studies at the Moscow Architectural Institute, the Moscow Museum of Modern Art and Columbia University in the city of New York.
She has worked as a communication and event manager, PR specialist, curator and producer, with a strong focus on cultural and civic initiatives.
Natalia is a curator of the online World Art and Memory Museum and serves as Regional Coordinator for France within the Bosch Alumni Network.

International Project manager

Daria is an experienced project manager specializing in international educational and cultural initiatives. She has successfully organized Erasmus+ training courses, youth exchanges, and activities focused on sustainability and nature conservation. Daria works with both commercial and non-profit projects, bringing together professionals from diverse fields to exchange ideas and develop sustainable solutions. She firmly believes that education is the key to making the world a better place, excelling in coordinating multidisciplinary programs and managing cross-sectoral teams.
