This toolkit brings together the tools, templates, and lessons from the MaxiNGO project (2024-3-LV02-KA210-YOU-000266797), created by a partnership of four NGOs from Latvia, Germany, Greece, and Portugal, working to strengthen digital skills and project management in youth-focused NGOs across Europe.
Inside, you'll find practical guidance for every stage of an Erasmus+ project: identifying a real need, writing a strong proposal, implementation, infopacks, dissemination, evaluation, and conflict management, along with ready-to-use digital tools and templates.
Use it as a hands-on reference to dip into as you need it, not a document to read start to finish.
